JICE offers systematic services in holding effective international conventions and seminars in Japan and overseas in various fields, focusing on areas related to technology transfer. Our services start with the planning stage and include a broad array of services: promoting conferences, arranging transportation for the lecturers and participants, preparing conference/seminar materials, handling site operations, arranging interpreters, and so on. We even offer follow-up for conventions/seminars and evaluation to meet individual needs.
